Your Responsibilities

• Don't share your account with others
• Don't create multiple accounts to bypass limits
• Don't use bots or automated systems
• Maintain accurate account information

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use TalkStudio.ai to:

• Impersonate others without explicit written consent
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual content
• Generate misleading content for fraud or deception
• Violate copyrights or clone protected voices
• Create harmful content that's defamatory, threatening, or hateful
• Political manipulation or disinformation campaigns
• Spam, scams, or robocalls
• Phishing or social engineering

Content Ownership

When uploading voice samples, you confirm that:

• You own the audio rights or have proper authorization
• You have consent from the voice owner
• Content doesn't violate any third-party rights

5. Pricing & Billing

Subscription Plans

• Free: Limited credits for evaluation
• Starter: Entry-level with moderate limits
• Pro: Advanced features + API access
• Yearly: Annual subscription with savings

Payment Terms

• All prices in USD
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• Failed payments may suspend service
• Price changes notified 30 days in advance

Credits System

• Credits consumed per character generated
• Credits expire at end of billing cycle (non-rollover)
• Unused credits forfeited on cancellation

6. Refunds & Cancellation

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on first purchase
• Technical Issues: Refunds for documented service failures
• Unauthorized Charges: Full refund

Non-Refundable

• Used credits or partial months
• Cancellations after 7-day period

7. Intellectual Property

Our Platform

8. Data Privacy & Security

• No selling or sharing personal data
• Optional data deletion on account closure

9. Service Availability

Uptime & Maintenance

10. Limitation of Liability
