At TalkStudio.ai, we want you to be completely satisfied. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for our digital services.

Refund Eligibility

  • Technical Issues Only: Refunds are available only if our system fails to deliver paid features (e.g., voice generation not working).
  • No Refunds for Usage: Once credits are used or voices are generated, no refund is possible.
  • Subscription Cancellation: Cancel anytime — your plan ends at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at billing@talkstudio.ai within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your registered email
  • Transaction ID or invoice number
  • Description of the issue

We review each case individually and respond within 48 hours.
